Day 66



We went to our first swim workout in two months and the main set was 3 400 IMs broken by 200 frees. I needed a nap before lunch and may need another after. Arms already sore.

Life is good.

If my arms had to lift themselves at that strange angle to get one drink after another I'd be sore too. Oof!

Wow, the workout, or the margarite, must have beena killer.. Have not seen or heard from you since...
